Return Policy

     

Our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow the guidelines below.

 

Eligibility Window

 

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

  • We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items returned after the 30-day period.

 

How to Start a Return (Mandatory Step)

 

  • All returns must be pre-approved. Before sending any item back, you must file your return request in our [Return Center](link to your Return Center) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Time Limit: Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. If the return is not shipped within 14 days of approval, your return will be canceled and no refund will be given.
  • No refunds will be given for any item returned without a valid RMA number.

 

Condition of Item

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returned with original packaging (such as original tags, bags, and boxes—not the outer shipping box).

 

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

 

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates (bras, underwear) and Sanitary goods

  • Clearance items (all sales are final)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

Documentation Required

 

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

  • Do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.


 

💰 Refunds & Exchanges

 

 

Situations Where a Full Refund May Not Be Granted (or No Refund at All)

 

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition due to reasons not caused by our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Packages that are refused or returned as undeliverable will receive less than a full credit.

  • Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Process

 

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  3. Late/Missing Refunds: If you don't see your refund, please check your bank/credit card company. Contact us at sales@L-and-L-Stuff.com if you still haven't received it after allowing for bank processing time.

 

Exchanges

 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us first at sales@L-and-L-Stuff.com.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.

  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts

 

  • Item shipped to you: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • Item shipped to the giver: If the item was not marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
